Best regards,

A pasted signature never refreshes, so this copy carries no branch count or opening news. Gmail gets those lines and stays current by itself.
Install
Apple Mail on Mac
  1. Tap Copy signature above.
  2. Open Mail → Settings → Signatures. Select your Bartels account and press +.
  3. Click into the right-hand box, delete the placeholder, and paste.
  4. Untick “Always match my default message font”. This is the step people miss.
  5. Under Choose Signature at the bottom, pick the new one. Send yourself a test mail.
If the logo shows as a missing image inside the Settings box, that is normal. It appears in real messages.
Gmail (web and app)
  1. Nothing to paste. Your Gmail signature is set for you from this profile, with live branch info, and refreshes every night.
  2. Changed your name, title or mobile above? Gmail updates within a minute.
  3. If the Gmail app on your phone shows an old signature, clear its own “Mobile signature” in the app settings.
iPhone / iPad Mail
  1. Tap Copy plain-text version above.
  2. Settings → Mail → Signature → choose Per account and paste under the Bartels account.
iPhone Mail does not keep logos or layout reliably, so the phone gets the text version.
